Our lengthy employee tenure is an indication that we enjoy coming to work each day.  A positive work experience yields work pride which translates into great relationships with our advisors. Our home office makeup is comprised as follows:

  • 40 home office employees, a 1:7 home office-to-advisor ratio.
  • Excluding our president (who has been with us since the 1986 inception), our executive management team has been with us for an average of 16 years.
  • Operations managers' average tenure of 15 years or more.
    • Average employee tenure is 8 years.
